This trip is ideal for cruise liner clients that are short on time but they still want to experience the best of the Maltese islands. We will collect you from the cruise terminal. You will get to explore Mdina ( Citta Nobile), Blue Grotto, Comino island, Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon, and Parts of Gozo island.

Full Description

The best of the Maltese island’s excursion starts in Valletta. A taxi will pick you up at the cruise liners docking station and drive you to Cirkewwa port, where you will meet your boat skipper.

The private boat trip will take you to the famous Comino island, home of the bluest waters in Malta. The Mesmerising natural display of sunlight and reflections in the water found in Comino are sure to be one of the highlights of cruise. We will explore the Blue Lagoon where you can have a swim from the boat or stop and have a stroll on the coast. On this boat charter will discover a lot of small islands along the way, including Cominotto island and Pigeon rock.

We will also drop anchor in our client’s favorite spot, Crystal lagoon. You will have the possibility of snorkeling ( snorkel and mask provided) or for the daring soles, cliff-diving. Comino is dotted with caves and will explore many of them by boat.

Gozo island is the northernmost island in the Maltese archipelago, we will cross the Channel and explore its picturesque Harbour of Mgarr. We will also sail through Hondoq Bay, Crow Rock, and tal-halfa beaches.

From Gozo island, we will head back to Malta island where you will have the taxi waiting for you.

The next stop will be the old capital city of Malta. Mdina city is sitting on top of a hill. Surrounded by high bastions, with a minimum amount of cars, Horse carriages, and their coachman clicking along the small alleyways. It gives you a sense of a different era. You will have a stop of around 30 minutes to discover this small silent city, but packed with myths and beauty. Remember this is the city where big movies like Game of Thrones, Gladiator, and many more got filmed.

Blue Grotto is around a 20 min drive to the south of Mdina. Here you have a wonderful view of a natural arch and blue waters. The taxi will stop you at the best panoramic view-point where you can take a photo of this natural wonder.

From here we will head back to Valletta ( option to stop at the cruise port or Valletta’s main gates )

Food & drinks – In summer, you can find several kiosks in the Blue Lagoon to buy food and beverages. We can also schedule a stop in the marina where there are many restaurants.
